Our story began in 1974, when Kenny Hogan opened his first flooring store in Carmel. His goal? To bring top-quality flooring to local homeowners, emphasizing honesty, craftsmanship, and service.

In the mid-1990s, Kenny’s store joined the Carpet One Floor & Home cooperative, gaining access to top flooring brands and exclusive products while keeping the family-owned spirit alive. That legacy continued in 2021, when Kenny’s son, Brad Hogan, officially took the reins. With a carpentry and general contracting background, Brad brings a “hands-on” approach to every flooring project. You’ll often find him in the store, working directly with customers and leading the team with the same care and passion that his father built the business on.

And yes, you might still see Kenny and his wife stopping by the showroom, continuing their connection to the community they helped build.
